Meagan and Kara
Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8th, 1981 within the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother managed her in her teens. Her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her family consisted of three brothers at home in Canyon Country in California and started her acting career when she was just four years old. She started her acting career by working as an actor in TV programs such as Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. Her first movie, "Friday", was made in 1995, at the age of 13. The film first gained attention in 1997 with her performance as Cisely batiste (a struggling teenage girl) as a troubled teenager in Eve's Bayou, for which she won two nominations as well as an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nomination. Good was able to play small film and television roles for the next couple of years, before transitioning to more mature roles during the early 2000s. Her role was as Nina in Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. show from 1998 through 2001. She was also cast in minor roles in the films House Party down to the last Minute as well as 3 Strikes. The actress played Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. She starred in D.E.B.S in 2004, an action comedy film that earned her nominated for Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she was in films such as You Got Served the Cookout and Venom One Missed call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. While on both T.V. Her film roles include Mya (in her role in Think Like a Man, with a host of actors) as well as the character of Ms. Stevens (in Dysfunctional Friends). Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer is originally from Texas, studied at Baylor University Waco Texas where she earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts. Degree in performing arts which she received in 2010. Her acting career began in 2010 when she appeared in Simon Fuller's web series, If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had performed in several local productions prior to her screen debut in 2010 part of Simon Fuller's Hulu program If I Can Dream. The reality show revolved around the group of actors who move into a house in Hollywood California.
